This is another design developed with a local builder who wanted to offer customers that came directly to him an architect-created design that had a Bowral/Southern Highlands look, but with clean, contemporary detailing. With its symmetry and balance created by the placement of upstairs dormer windows and a central entry dormer below and reference to classic details, proportions and materials, this home is a contemporary take on an old classic.
